What are the AutoRunV.DLL and AutoRunH.DLL files for?

These files are required in order for AutoRun to work, they contain all the information AutoRun uses to load and display your projects. AutoRun will automatically copy this file to your Project Folder, so all you need to do is make sure this file is burnt to your CD along with the rest of your AutoRun project files.
